Reflection

During the first quarter, I gained valuable knowledge and learned the importance of time management, staying organized, and creating a study plan, which helped me handle schoolwork more effectively. One of my biggest challenges was adjusting to the heavier workload compared to Grade 9, along with managing my time and staying focused, as I was easily distracted and struggled to understand some lessons. To overcome these difficulties, I created a study plan, managed my time better, limited social media use while studying, and sought help from teachers and classmates. Moving forward, I will continue improving my study habits, focus, and time management to avoid distractions, study harder, and do my best to achieve my dreams in the upcoming quarter.

Nutrition Month

Every year, we celebrate Nutrition Month in our school. This annual event is dedicated to promoting the importance of healthy eating and raising awareness about proper nutrition. Held every July, the celebration encourages us to be more mindful of what we eat. The first is the fruit and vegetable salad contest, which promotes healthy eating habits. The second is the Nutri Jingle competition, designed to encourage a healthy lifestyle through creative performances. The third is the food festival, where some Grade 10 sections prepare and sell nutritious food to students and teachers. Quizzes are also held to test our knowledge about proper nutrition and highlight the benefits of eating healthy fruits and vegetables. This celebration is very meaningful because it reminds us to take care of our health by cho...
